    My question is, did i play this hand correct with a possible flush even though he didn't have that

    should have raised more on the flop, but overall he just had a better hand there wasnt much you could do, you played it fine

    I think you played it fine, you just got a strange outcome.

    And what your opponent actually had is irrelevant. What's relevant to your play is what you can expect him to have when you make your decisions.

    The 1.5x BB raise is pretty small, I don't think you're losing anyone who even slightly likes their hand pre-raise.

    Max bet was 35 i thought 25 would suffice. It did it got it down to 2 people.

    He's just an inexperienced player that overvalues his high pocket pairs, and slow plays even on a dangerous board...I put him on the flush too, but at those levels he could be holding 4 cards and have a royal flush, and play it the same way.

    I won't be playing pot limit for long, my buddy lent me some cash to buy in for this table. I am starting an operation on monday. Yay

    He got good value from you for two reasons:

    1. the A didn't show
    2. the flush didn't show

    It was a risky play and it payed this time.
