I'm buying in shortstacked, for only 175$, which would give me about 25 buyins.

A) He could have AA or KK or AK, if he does then its really not worth it
B) Someone else could have AA or KK or AK (someone WITH position on me), and call my reraise or reraise me themselves.
Both situations are rather likely in my opinion, so I just called.. Note that I'm in middle position (right in front of him), so reraising is very bold for QQ at that point.

Well, if you're not going to reraise with JJ, AKs, AKo and possible AQs/TT then you shouldnt really be reraising preflop at all. Thoughts?

It all depends on the position you have. From any position I will reraise with AA or KK. I reraise with QQ and AK if I have good position or the intial raise is a minraise. I even reraise with suited connectors if I have the button or cut-off and I think the initial raiser doesnt have strong holdings.
