Default JJ out of position.. help!

How should this have been played? This guy played his KK incredibly unusually limping in after several others..

    erg.......

That turn card really screwed you up, didn't it, giving you an OESD to go with your Jacks.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's anything you can really do here. Preflop, you raised in near late position to try to limit the field; that worked...sorta. Too bad the only callers you got were going to act AFTER you. Flop, you had overs that were vulnerable to sets, and maybe some people with an 8, and to anyone with clubs. You bet nearly the pot, so I certainly can't fault you there, as any bet bigger than that, and only hands that own you call you.
Turn gives you the OESD, so you bet big for two purposes: 1)if you're beaten, this semibluff might work, and if it doesn't, you now have outs 2) you may still have the best hand at this point.
River, out of position, into a now $350 pot, I can see calling $100 out of position. I mean, you're at least that confident that you're winning, right?

Yowzers. If you're as aggressive as I am when I play, this is the kind of person that you hate; just calling nearly the whole way, not telling you crap about his hand. Sorry, no advice here, man. From a pretty aggressive person's point of view, this hand couldn't have been played better unless you already knew what his hand was preflop.

yeh i agree.. if he's going to play KK like that then your in trouble, its a bitch of a thing to try and read.. a guy did it to me with AA the other day and i flopped a set.. but so did he.. damn.

but if he's going to limp call his KK he's asking for trouble.. sooner or later someone will catch a set or straight on him.. hopefully it will be you.

The turn card really suck for you here, it opens out your outs which makes the hand so much more playable, even though you are still dominated. It's tough not to lose a few chips on this one.

You've gotta just complete the SB here. If you raise and get called by anyone, you're forced to lead the flop for about the pot and you lose all control over the pot size. To play the hand aggressively, you're gonna dig yourself deep and put yourself in a really shitty position. As evidenced by this hand. I will complete/check almost every hand in the SB and BB except AA/KK which I will raise with.

    That being said.

Lead the turn again. The board has gotten really ugly and you need to give your opponent another chance to declare his hand. If you check, you're allowing any hand to steal the pot from you and many hands to value bet against you. You could try and check-raise the turn and lead the river if he checks behind. But that will really commit you, and against an op this passive with KK, you probably get called too much on the river (if he calls the turn).

If you lead the turn and get called, you've gotta check/fold the river. No worse hands are going to bet at the pot on the river.
