erg.......
That turn card really screwed you up, didn't it, giving you an OESD to go with your Jacks.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's anything you can really do here. Preflop, you raised in near late position to try to limit the field; that worked...sorta. Too bad the only callers you got were going to act AFTER you. Flop, you had overs that were vulnerable to sets, and maybe some people with an 8, and to anyone with clubs. You bet nearly the pot, so I certainly can't fault you there, as any bet bigger than that, and only hands that own you call you.
Turn gives you the OESD, so you bet big for two purposes: 1)if you're beaten, this semibluff might work, and if it doesn't, you now have outs 2) you may still have the best hand at this point.
River, out of position, into a now $350 pot, I can see calling $100 out of position. I mean, you're at least that confident that you're winning, right?
Yowzers. If you're as aggressive as I am when I play, this is the kind of person that you hate; just calling nearly the whole way, not telling you crap about his hand. Sorry, no advice here, man. From a pretty aggressive person's point of view, this hand couldn't have been played better unless you already knew what his hand was preflop.
