Well i,ve won an entry into the step higher 5 at party and for the first time playing poker am feeling some pressure. I generally play medium stake SNG's and MTT's $50 and odd $100 entry purely for recreational purposes. Whilst playing step 4 it was indicated that there are a no. of aggressive high rollers who regularly buy directly into steps 4 and 5.
The problem is that I know I am a Tight/passive player and am concerned that these aggressive sharks ( examples of which post here often) are going to sniff me out and eat me for breakfast!
Do they even exist ?Do I try to change my style or just try to treat the game like any other $50 sng? Any advice from you high stakes players would be appreciated.
By the way top 3 are paid 1st $25000 2nd $15000 3rd $10000
