1st hand good bluff, but I wouldn't recommend playing hands like A6o in the future even if you are trying to lag it up. They really just get you into too much trouble.

2nd hand I assume he had the Ah and you let him see the turn for very cheap. Charge him more next time and you are lucky you didn't get sucked out on when the river came as he had a lot of outs.

Sorry about the low stakes...I was wondering if it was high enough and saw there were a few nl 400 postings so I went ahead...I'll wait till I'm at 600 to post again here. Thanks for the suggestions.

It doesn't matter really imo. First hand i cna't really comment on cause its read dependent, but the river mirroring the turn bet often suggests weakness.

Second hand, what is your reasoning for slowplaying? I feel its a bit risky to not raise him by atleast the turn (i would normally raise him on the flop). However the push allin on the river was alright i think cause it sure looks like a busted flush draw from his point of view. The only problem i see is it is a great way to get him to fold two pair, and get him to call you with just AA, KK and QJ (if that is in his raising rangel, so relaly its read dependent.

Well he thinks he has seen me chase flushes twice (hand 1 and an earlier one where I did something similar when a flush hit on the turn) and has been calling me flushboy and fish in the chat, and I felt like he had a hand--I put him on AK, AQ, QQ KK JJ KQ QJ. I had been pushing him around a lot and just felt like if it smelt enough like a bluff he'd give me all his chips. If I'd have bet the turn he wouldn't have called a huge river bet without a really good hand. I was very worried about QJ and KK, but I figured it was a +ev play since he'd likely call with AK, AQ, KQ and maybe even QQ and JJ. Earlier he had KK and fast played it all the way (on a board of undercards), so I didn't think he had AA.

well i put him on q/j...just slowly hoping youd fold ont he flop and turn and then he made his nuts on the river and you paid him off...seen it happen plenty of times...wish my aces didnt get cracked by a 4 card strait to 5/5 this morning or id be playing right now...lol, my answer to your question is definetly q/j offsuit...not even suited...and to go out on a huge limp the queen of clubs and jack of dimes,...
