    In hindsight it looks like you should have bet the turn and perhaps that is true. The ace is obviously a scare card so perhaps you should have thrown out a bet of 2/3 of the pot say 800 and seen what happened just to get more info on your hand strength. Once it gets to the river i think the opportunity is lost as the ten is helping quite a few drawing hands and you probably know your kings aint no good. The chance to take the pot down was on the turn but you know that.
    The strong point in poker is never to lose your temper, either with those you are playing with or, more particularly, with the cards. There is no sympathy in poker. Always keep cool. If you lose your head you will lose all your chips.

    I might be biased because I have seen the results but I do think you should have bet the turn, 1/2 pot to 2/3 pot. The A was actually a good card for you since it didnt complete any of the possible straight draws. Why not represent AQ and find out how much they like their hands?
