Most people will chase OESD or a flush getting 3/1 or better. The price isn't quite right (assuming there will be river action) but the implied odds usually make it OK.
HU I will usually bet an OESD if I think opp may have a hand he'll lay down. Adding fold equity to your chance of hitting the draw usually makes it a plus EV play. With more than one opp in I'll probably check call hoping to win a big pot - plus your FE is much lower with multiple opps. Obviously reads and your image come into play here as well.... if you think opp is continuation betting a whiffed flop, you want to raise since they will likely fold, and probably won't pay you if you hit. OTOH, if your read is that opp won't bet unless he hits a flop, and he bets into your QJ on a KTx board, I'm smooth calling all day because AK is coming over the top if you raise, and will likely pay off the str8.
