Pacific Cash Out - Where's the rest of my money?

I recently made a withdrawal of $712.17 from Pacific into Firepay and today my account was credited with $392.17 leaving me $320.00 short. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I've already emailed Pacific about it but does anyone have an idea of what they're doing? Thanks.

The only thing I can think of is that they credited previous deposits through a different medium (ie. neteller) so they sent partial payments to Neteller and the other parts to Firepay. I know PokerStars credits your cashouts first to the way you deposited and then once those are taken care of you can cashout using other methods. Just a guess here, I've never played on Paradise.
