More and more I am noticing that people call ridiculous bets on flush and straight draws.
I have gotten in the habit of ensuring I don't give them the implied odds to do it against me.
I don't have really any experience at $10NL, but the check-call/call/bet line is rarely a bluff at 100-400NL. It is a bad player trying t oget value on the end.
While this may not be a flush, I can't see a large range that 66 is ahead of here.
This is one of those situations where we sometimes lay down the best hand, bu that is better than trying to look up every donk bet that comes our way.
We are calling $5 to win $15, so we only need to be good 1/4 times, but I think too often our 6 high flush is no good.

I thought the most interesting decision was on the flop. Between the union of being behind on the flop and becoming behind on the river, do we want to play this one out?

Wow.
Rereading the HH, I missed that there was a pot sized bet on the flop. I just read it as 0.50, and missed the significance. (I assumed it was a min bet, in which case a large raise is often in order)
with that large a bet, and reverse implied odds, I think a flop fold is not a bad play.
