Rakeback on Battlefield (prima skin)

I noticed that FTR has a rakeback for a prima skin, Battlefield poker. I was very interested in taking advantage of this offer, but couldn't find links, affiliate codes, etc. how do I go about getting this rakeback vai FTR? any help would be greatly appreciated, feel free to IM or PM me.
