Default the chance I'd been waiting for all night

I had one of those hypper aggros at my table tonight, really defining the play of the table single handedly. I mean I was up 3 buyins myself and normally that is a pretty good amount of chips. He was up to as high as $3k in chips in a $400NL buyin level (which is ridiculous ~8 buyins) ), and was LOOSE and HARD. Betting pot sized at all streets was routine for him, lots of catching people on bluffs w/ himshowing 2nd pair or even 3rd pair. FYI, our table had avg. pot of $260 and flops were only 47%, not sure if I've seen it higher than that dollar amount at $400NL . I felt like that flop cold call was him setting up a play, not a hand. If he had a premium over pair there, I think he would have raised really hard on the flop. I wonder if there were any other options that I may have had here for betting amounts or approaches, given my observations about him. Not sure how to describe it, but maybe I was a little surprised that he went all in there on the end with that hand. I felt like the bets ahead of it didn't maybe give me the best chance to get all in at any point in the hand.

So, please take a look at the hand and let me know if you would have played the hand differently at any point, and how. I think my bet sizes were ok, but not quite certain that they were optimal, especially interested in hearing that.

He must put you on missed overs here, or at least thinks you'll fold due to his image/bet onthe turn.
He gets reraise preflop after a reraise himself so he cant think his tens are good here, the only hand you might reraise like that with is AK (and his play is right in that case but can he really put you on AK here?) He overbets the scare card, yeah it'll get him paid if he has it but when he pushes the turn there ill call all day, not often im behind here.
If i was opp here id kick myself for such a sloppy play. He only really beats one hand that makes that preflop play, AK not QQ/KK/AA possible evn JJ/TT so your play is goot imo!

I was just so surprised he gave me everything on this hand, I thought I would have to think about it harder. I just kept betting, really. I can't believe he called w/ A/10 like that preflop, I have avoided that hand like the plague in nearly all positions recently because of this incident. I really should have had the awareness to notice that he had to be terrified after that call and flop, I mean who wants to be in that position w A/10, but I didn't have that understanding in the moment. Next time I will, for sure. I thought he had to have JJ to call that 10 high, either that or A/10 s00ted, so when he just called on the flop I knew I was in.

I certainly agree. What i try to understand is how can a player who seems to have played some decent poker, if non-textbook has made such a sloppy mstake? Perhaps he isnt that good and was either on a hot run or thought he would always hit cards. Its a huge mistake for him to make,
