On the turn, the pot is 270. Betting 100 isn't going to scare him out here. I'd say you're behind here, although probably to a weak hand. Bluffing the river isn't a bad move, but I'd probably check behind, say a few cuss words when his middle pair walked, and then tell him "nh."
