QJs from the blinds, way ahead/behind vs PFR

A client of mine played this hand, I thought the flop line was interesting. I would almost always check/call or check/raise here.

Fnord, assuming you dont mind my commenting on the hand (i request your advice to improve my play so its sufficient to say i have any insights that u dont already know !!)

Hand 1, If i were the hero, I would bet, 3 bet if raised...and if it gets capped, i call down if no overcards show up. If an A shows up on turn, I *might* think of dumping it. I wouldnt fold if no overcard shows up though. if an A shows up on turn, there is almost nothing that you beat that a UTG would raise with (except KQ, or middle PP)


Hand 2 is harder. There are very few hands that CO could hold that Hero beats. he can chop with AK but everything else he is beat. i dont think CO would checkraise turn on AQ. looks like a set to me (but wouldnt he cap preflop with QQ, KK)

what do you think of check call/ donk a safe turn in hand 1?
Hand 2 I think you're good just under 10% of the time against hands like KT, A Q and complete morons.

i tend to 3 bet that turn if he caps you know you got 4 outs, if he calls you might have the best hand, if he calls and raises the river and you didn't improve it's obvous, but you have to be willing to drop this in sevrial places making that play and is more read dependent then the current line...
