Calling the turn and then folding the river is a bad play IMO. I would reraise preflop. Make it $2-$2.25 to go. QQ is the third best starting hand, don't be afraid to put money in the pot preflop with it. You have position and you really want to isolate with QQ, so that's two more reasons to reraise. I usually call a raise preflop w/QQ if I'm OOP, or if villian is a super rock or easy to trap with a weak overpair. Getting back to the hand, if he comes back over the top of your raise, then you have a big decision to make. Reraising preflop will save you lots of money if indeed you are beat.

Given that you just called preflop, you have to make a decision on the flop if you want to stay in the hand or not, and that means playing for stacks with this guy. The situation gets really ugly because on the turn the only hand I can see you ahead of is JJ and splitting with QQ.

Wow this guy is playing his hand awfully aggressively. It makes me want to put him on JJ, and possibly QQ but that's unlikely. It's really hard to tell what he has, you could've tried min raising the flop. some people will just assume an extremely strong hand. A raise on the flop or preflop would be good to see where you're at.

reraise preflop? Im not sure, i want to try a trap here if possible.
raise the flop imo always with teh over pair here. taking the pot early is probably the best way.
My thinking is if you build the pot-limit pot you can practically shove the turn, that is if you think youre ahead. It would seem to be a big pp but i think im all in or as close as that on the turn here.
