Preflop raise not big enough? Did I represent just a steal here? Not sure if I'm over analyzing something I shouldn't here. I generally don't like making a move like this, but with the limpers coming in I thought pumping it would be a good move. Didn't expect any callers, thats for sure.

    Opinoins?

Also, I realize that after the fact I probably should of known he wasn't on the flush after the calls and tried to represent it myself. Not so sure though that he would of folded either. I didn't take enough time to think out my move on the river, don't know why I checked and called. That was a mistake. I'm just curious if I should of maybe been pumping this on the river or gone into defense when I got called preflop and then hit that flop. I don't see anyway I was pinning on him on 2p. :\?

Stop expecting hands like A3 to fold to your raises. That is your only mistake.

Your betting line looks fine. NH

Just for kicks. play this hand in your head if you had position. Notice that now you can see he has strength. Maybe enough to get away from the hand, maybe not, but it changes your perception.

I hate it when I take a read and use it to support a bad call. Your call on the river is a nice example. "Man, no way can I put him on a flush here. I am calling." In actuality, if you take the time re-examine everything and see what ELSE his bet might mean...it usually points to a fold.
    Stakes: Playing $0.10/$0.25 NL

You have a point. They're not gonna fold to it everytime. I'm only playing .10/.25 right now cause I withdrew some for xmas and my BR is only around $400 untiL I'm done shopping. Maybe I should put on the brakes until I can redeposit the rest and play .25/.50 again perhaps..

Yeah, absolutely. Like I said, I didn't take my time on the river and I think had I hve done that I would of saved myself $5 bucks.

Why don't you think he has the flush? Calling stations at 25NL love to call with flush draws. And trying to represent it in this situation is leaking chips. Just check/fold this river. It really sucks, but sometimes you have to let it go. You're just lucky you didn't lose a lot more money than you did here by villian not raising the flop or the turn.

Yeah 5x gets called here a lot and sets-up a difficult to manage pot size.
