Default Did I play this hand right?

I think the only mistake might be not betting enough at the turn.

This is why I like a lead of pot or more in these dinky unraised pots. Otherwise, it's difficult to get value out of your hand.

He's calling you down regardless when the Jack hits.

I bet a lot more on the turn considering the many possible draws, but otherwise fine. He's not folding after the turn no matter what you bet, so in the sense of "is there any way I could have won this pot," the answer is probably "no."

*nod* My concern is that he only managed to get $2 into the pot when he had the best of it.

That being said, this hand reeks of results-oriented thinking.

?? Two people already said pretty much this exact thing, and Fnord specifically mentioned "value," not "getting the other guy to fold." No crack is in usage here, sir. The point of the responses so far has been largely hypothetical and non-results-oriented: bet more with vulnerable hands, to protect them (wouldn't have mattered here) and for value (always matters as long as you are ahead).
