What are you hoping for by slow-playing top and bottom pair? I wouldn't even try to check-raise in this 4-way pot, since this is either giving a free card or raising a player who would've called or raised your bet anyways. Also, this is the type of hand where you sometimes find yourself with a strong second best hand, and so it's important to bet for information. Plus, your hand is vulnerable. Just lead the flop.

There is definitely no need to reveal the contents of your hand here. You just said you are willing to slowplay flopped 2 pair quite possibly with regularity. Also, lead the flop.

Lead out on the flop. This is a weak 2 pair and should not be slowplayed. If you accidentally hit the check button, raise the bet.
    Good fold.
    Don't reveal holdings.

I see no reason to even expect a bet here from our opponent and thus, going for a check raise is wrong. Lead the flop. Look at how bad your situation would have been on the turn had he checked behind.

Never read any stickies or announcements
Not much else to say that hasn't been said, lead out on the flop and casually fold the turn without saying anything. Any K and any 9 beats you here.
