Do I have to slow down with Rockets?

Sorry guys, I completely lost my hand histories, but the jist of it is like this:

$25NL ring game on party, i raise to $1 pf with rockets, 2 callers, i am in middle position.
flop: 345 rainbow
checked to me, I bet out $2.50, (my usual 3/4 pot bet)
guy after me calls, first to act folds
turn: blank
I bet out 3/4 pot again, this time like $6
I get cold called again
river: blank
I bet out 3/4 pot once again, this time $15
I get cold called again.

Do I have to slow down if he's cold calling, but not reraising like this? Should I be checking the turn/river? (because he could be on a draw, and shouldnt i make him pay for it)

I'm worried about a set here. Think $1 raise p/f is too small to keep low/middle pairs out. I'd go $2. Villain is letting you build the pot, which is how I'd slowplay it, but there's no raise on the river...p'haps worried about a higher set from you...

I think I'd check/raise the turn. Might be prepared to fold if he came on strong, but it's hard not to go broke here. All goes back to your p/f raise. Low pair shouldn't be in this hand, if that's what it turned out to be...

Won't $2 keep everybody out of the pot? I don't really want to settle for the blinds with AA , do I?

Just for the record, villain flipped 67d, and flopped the nut straight.
I guess I'm supposed to pay off the set/straight here?

Yeah, I kept thinking about this after I posted earlier...another overpair could take this line, although you'd expect a raise if they thought they were good. A made hand of some sort for sure.

Still think the p/f raise is too small. $1.50?

Also: Do you 3/4 pot all the time? I have to think that projects weakness in the wrong situations sometimes.
