Seriously dump this prf. You are playing a very marginal hand OOP against a raise.

I'm thinking the same thing too robert, but I called because I felt my A would be good. When he made his flop bet, it gave me the impression that he was really trying to protect his hand and buy it right there. I called, and then my turn bet was to show him that I knew that he didn't have a strong hand. His all in was a desperation attempt, and I knew it.

Was calling the extra $1.70 really a choice?
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I like it wrapa. I would raise to $1 or more prf though, but that depends on what kind of table I'm sitting at. Also, your bet on the turn is very weak (less than half the pot), bet more like 2/3 pot here.
Opponents decisions on all streets were pretty typical for a lowlimit fish: his check calling on the flop and turn combined with the board texture tells us that he's probably on a straight draw. With the harmless river its a pretty easy call with toppair good kicker (fishies loves to bluff the river OOP when they miss their draw). If either a 6 or a J falls on the river its obvious a clear fold.

obviously not--a jack would give warpe the better straight & his opponent would probably pay off like a slot machine. i would've probably put more cash into the pot on the turn...
i bet 2 dolla on my flush draw

you misread the HH, a J will NOT give wrapa a straight.
