 Heads-up tourneys
I don't see anything on here about heads up tournaments. Most of my offline experience has been heads up tournaments--my friend and I used to play each other heads up for $2, $5 or whatever when we couldn't find other players--so I think I might have a leg up with them.
Anyway, my general strategy is to play wicked aggressive, raising pf anytime I see a king (there's only a 14% chance the opp has an ace) and occaisionally when I see a queen (28%). I try to get a good idea of how the opponent (my friend and I knew exactly how the other played) and exploit that. I aim to get all-in with a good hand when the opponent has shown some strength ASAP to build a big chip lead (or win).
What are some strategies others use for h2h tournaments?
