I don't find a fold here just yet, but the player behind me is worrisome. To me, this is definitely worth a call at least to see what DOCK does; if DOCK raises you can dump your hand, esp if jb calls DOCK's raise.

Raising is also possible here but I know from personal experience that I get into deep sh*t when both players call... (or rather, it's a probable check/fold unless the turn serves up a K)

i almost always make it $3.5 here and they almost always fold. If you get called then it is almost definately check fold.

    Agreed.
You need to represent the "AK" that you raised with PF. A weaker Ace will probably fold to your continued aggression. Then just slow down if he calls or re-raises. He'll check the turn for sure, and you can check behind, or bet if you hit. The river is where you can fold if he's still there and betting...
    Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

If you think hes going to be thinking about kickers then you could call it and raise him on the turn so you get more money into the pot. I think thats possibly what id do with AK 0n this non threatening board so he might believe it with KK.

If you dont think hes going to worry about kickers then just raise him straight away to find out if he has the A if he calls/raises then your done.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

Raise on the flop, you repped strength preflop and you need to see where you're at.

Represent the ace. If someone calls or raises, don't don't any more money into the pot.

I don't think a fold is out of the question.
