    Default Couple of question

Hey folks i have a couple of questions for ya, i posted this in the beginers cirlcle but the responses weren't that great. And yes i do have a bankroll question, which isn't really address by the bankroll sticky. I would really appreaciate a response from the big dogs on teh site, since they know the ins and outs of sit and goes.

1 I usually play 50 people sit and goes at pp. what should i have for a bankroll. I courrently have 50 buyins at my level. at the next level i would ahve 27, should i move up or should i stay put untill i make about 50 buyins for the next level. ( iplay 50 people sit and goes)

2 What is the best time to play for the most fish, ie weekends?

3 i find that 50 people sit and goes take about the same time as the 20 people sit and goes, 1hr 50ish minutes, but you have a better chance of making the money since 7 plays are paid out.

    thanks!!!!

I would say you need around 50 buy-ins to play multi-table SnGs. Maybe more.

I would say early evening and weekends coz surely this is when most recreational players play.

interestingly enough, I always run great on the evenings during the week, but then I run horribly every weekend. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I do well from about 5 pm untill around 7-8 ... I play about 3 hrs a night.. Sometimes I will push 4-5 hrs nightly. Weekends suc unless... Unless.. You are willing to get up at like 5-6 am and play.. I have done very very very well. People are either still drunk.. Or way to tired to concentrate. Numerous times I have witnessed dumb sayings by people around this time that tells me they are all fucked up. A paired board , I hit my set.. I have a boat.. Dude looses almost all his chips and says " I didnt even see a possible full house there" lol .. Another time.. I hit my flush on the river... Dude said" I didnt even notice three diamonds on the board.. Dumb stuff like that lets me know if your clear minded and you can stand to wake up that early.. Go for it. However; Europeans are like 8 hrs ahead of me.. So if those guys are well rested, and not downing pints already they are pretty solid during our early hours.. I always look at people where they are from when I play odd hours. I think this has a lot to do with how you play at them. When I play late night, I use my time bank almost always.. People may be playing in their last one of the night and the sleepy monster may be kicking in. Too bad PP has that annoying dinging to alert us when its time to act. I beleive a player the other night feel asleep. Me and the other dude split her blinds, then played heads up.

As far as your 50 person SNG.. I would look in the MTT forum. Theres some stuff about BR in there. I still now and then go back and forth from 1 tbl SNGs and MTT's. I find it helps me with my whole game and my patience levels.

    Your loosing, lolololololololololol
I would say you need more than 50. I'm conservative w/ BR stuff, but if it's accepted that 30 or 35 is the norm w/ regular SNGs, you gotta wonder how much more you need for 5 table tournaments. I'm guessing more like 60 or 70.

Ya i think im pretty solid at the level im at 11s, im goin to stick with 50 buyins at this level and try to get close to 50 buy ins at 22 level and then move up for a 10 sit and goes and see how i do.

Then again i ve been playing 11s for about 6 months (and constaly cashing ing out. ) and i hope my level of play hasn't diwindled to the numb nutt level of play that i play at

How are you guys not making money on Friday and Saturday nights? The flop percentages are at least 60% at any level. People are pushing all in with KJ against your rockets.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

i have no idea. Its just horrible for me on the weekends. 8-hour grinds for like 3bb/100.

    Probably just luck.

ROFL!! This is a $5 and $11 fave. It apparently contains some mystical power that I, as yet, am not seeing.
