It isn't only the raise and re-raise that is the problem, but being multiway with two guys who have said they have hands. The liklihood of them both being on AK when two people raise is pretty small, so you can probably put one on AK one on AQ/AJ/KQs, which ultimately means instead of 2 overs you have to dodge when you're heads up, you need to dodge 3 for your 10s to be good (assuming of course none have an overpair). With two overs vs your pair it's a coinflip slightly in your favour, but toss in another card and you're suddenly not in such great shape.
