I let it go .. A Q and AK is what they showed down. It went to the river after the flop came 10 5 9 .... Could have took all their chips.. But your right not the greatest PF action Id hope for with 10 10 . However; I understand the re re raise from driz and how dangerous that is.... But if the guy in the middle is somewhat passive, and he may just call.. Does it change your thoughts? If the pot wasnt 1190 to go would it change your mind? Or is this really doesnt have anything to do with the pot and what it contains in it. It has to do with a re raise and a raise ... and me being first to act, and not knowing what ALLZEE will do.....

I agree and disagree. They are both a problem. Its more of a problem ... a irritable one when they flip A Q and AK over. It would appear at least one of them have AA or KK with all the reraising. But I have learned something valuable in poker. If it appears a certain way... 9 times out of ten it is. And if its not.... hope for a better spot next time when you lay it down. I learned three very important things from this post.

1. At this time 10 10 isnt worth anymore of my time or chips.
2. I would rather let them push with second best and get lucky.
3. If Iam OOP to start and get re raised and then hes OOP and he gets reraised.. Get out while I still can.

I am not saying that the raiser is the main problem as I agree that the re-raiser is the one that most likely has you beat here. What I was saying is that all of those factors make a lay down an easy choice here.

It isn't only the raise and re-raise that is the problem, but being multiway with two guys who have said they have hands. The liklihood of them both being on AK when two people raise is pretty small, so you can probably put one on AK one on AQ/AJ/KQs, which ultimately means instead of 2 overs you have to dodge when you're heads up, you need to dodge 3 for your 10s to be good (assuming of course none have an overpair). With two overs vs your pair it's a coinflip slightly in your favour, but toss in another card and you're suddenly not in such great shape.

what can you beat with all this raises in multi-way action? Maybe some donk playing a weak ace or a lower PP, but vs 2 other guys you most likly are up vs over cards or dominated by a over pair.

don't ever call a reraise preflop with anything other than QQ+ and AK unless you have implied odds for a set.
