Flop looks good, you have 7 outs to the nuts if he has a flush.

Turn might have counterfieted your spades if he has 22/55/99, but you still have 2 outs to beat a smaller boat. Also, he could still have the flush here, in which case you have 11 outs.... I seriously suspect that you are behind here... but he COULD have KK or QQ.... I doubt it though. I think a set or 9 has to raise that flop, and even if he idiot slowplayed vs the monotone flop, I think he has to more than min/raise you on the turn.

Conclusion: He has the flush... you have odds to call... villian has 400 behind, you cover him. Call.

River. I think fold. The odds of him having KK or stone cold bluff are too low.

^ works for me. Raising turn is crazy and it's a pretty big leap to just give him a boat and fold. Unless the turn min raises is out of character with his mania.

Of course, maniac could probably play any over pair this way since he knows you know he's a maniac. I think you're getting a little less than 2/1 on river, seems like you have to be beat more than that.

This was from villains perspective. I had KsQx, he probably QQ-AA, most likely with a spade given the way he played the hand.
