    Default Pretty straightfoward?

Only been here a few rounds. Villian is short-stacked enough to lose some of my respect.

    Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

    saw flop|saw showdown

    MP3 ($150.37)
    CO ($73.35)
    Hero ($101.40)
    SB ($49.85)
    BB ($98.50)
    UTG ($92.90)
    UTG+1 ($88.49)
    UTG+2 ($36.75)
    MP1 ($158.31)
    MP2 ($101.89)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 4, 4. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
6 folds, CO calls $1, Hero raises to $5, 2 folds, CO calls $4.

    Flop: ($11.50) 7, 3, 5 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $7, CO calls $7.

CO checks, Hero bets $14, CO calls $14.

    River: ($53.50) 9 (2 players)

That look pretty good? That's always a river bet, yes?

Why would it not be a river bet? Are you scared of 68? Don't you think that 77 or 55 or any 6 would have jacked the turn so you were playing for stacks on the river?

If you have some gut feeling that a 6 has you, check behind and take some notes. Otherwise, bet it and watch something like TT or JJ get flipped over.
