QJ/QT maybe QQ, though I'd figure on a reraise from that hand preflop but it doesn't always happen. Less likely are mid pockets or AJ/AT.

That's what I'm thinking too. A really aggressive flush draw? Figures I hit trips and wouldn't lay it down, so he check/folds?

that was my thought. You need to include at elast basic reads though before you can put someone on a hand.
