Who do you guys like to win it this year?

I was watching coverage of the Kentucky Derby on the news today and they talked to the governor of Kentucky. He pointed out that there is a $100,000 bonus check if it is a Kentucky-bred horse that wins it. Does anyone know more about this? How long have they had this "bonus check" prize?
