Default Extremely boring KQ TPGK hand

Villain is pretty much an unknown, I've seen him limp a few times but nothing really too exciting to give you guys. Let's say he's an unknown, with a higher then normal chance of being a loose/passive donkey. First two streets are standard, usually I'd make it about $30 on this flop, but I'm allowed to get cute and make it 27.85 right? I really dont' know what his check/call means. Could be 87 or TJ, could be one of a number of gutshots, it could be Qx, it could be a pair of tens, it could be a set, or some donkey 2 pair, maybe even ace high. I'm really not sure.

Check behind turn for pot control reasons. I loved the play at the time but looking back, I'm not so sure because of all the straight draw possibilities out there. Also for deception, hoping to get another bet out of a 2nd pair or worse top pair on the river.

River just sucks, completes a lot of straight draws and puts out a couple nasty 2p combos (QT, 9T). He leads for a little over pot, I fold.

    LETS HEAR IT

As played out I fold the river without hesitation. Not sure about the turn check, I can see why you did it though. I think I would have bet about $60 and preyed to take down the pot. I wouldn't get any more money without really good odds att a safe river. Still think you will take down the pot a fair amount of the time by just betting the turn.

If you describe him as loose-passive, I would bet this turn almost every time. $75 or so would work fine. As played, I like the river fold given your description of villian.

he's an unknown, but I like the $75 bet in hindsight, obvious fold to a raisea.

Turn is best card you could see, get more money in. Check behind the turn when the card may have helped him-the 2c has 0 chance of improving him.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
