turn semi-bluff goot? 5/10

Villain is 21/4 over 100 hands, seems solid and is capable of getting tricky. I thought about raising the flop, but then decided against it because villain raises with only premium hands. Once the second nine hit I thought I would go ahead and rep the trips. Too transparent or good play?

Are you really repping a 9 here with a pot sized bet? Are you not repping a flush draw?

A 9 would have raised the flop, no?

4% PFR is TT+/AK right? Raising the flop is still a good play IMO.

Anyway, betting the turn is standard after his check (unless he c/r overpairs at drawing boards into a possible boat/trips; unlikely).

Looks good, a 9 wouldn't raise the flop necessarily, I'd probably call with a nine here against such a player, both a flush draw and a nine can call or raise flop.

I like both flop and turn, eventhough I would bet a little less on turn but that isnt really the issue here. I like this line. If villain doesnt have an ovepair he will fold, problems might arise when he calls. You have no reads if he will fold to another pot sized bet on blank river?

If he calls and is solid, able to fold an overpair if he think he's beat, and you haven't gotten out of line before, I'd make a close to potsized bet on river if a blank hits.
