    Default Too passive?

Like many beginners, when I first started playing I was far too passive. One of the areas where I think I still need a lot of work is in playing draws. Is this weak/tight?

This is a semi-dream flop-the only thing that could be better would be if you if the 4 was a King.

Bet turn. You are still ahead most likely and have outs if called(unless villain has some donk KQ/AQ in which case one of your overs would be not live if you missed you flush).

    River is ok.

i definitely raise that flop, then bet any turn that is a heart or face card, then push the river

People let me tell you about my best friends...
I raise that flop to 6, and make him know that you mean business. If he passively calls and checks the turn, you can decide what to do then. The raise here on the flop makes a big river call more likely. I bet the turn here pretty strong. In this line, he must have been pretty strong to call (2 pr or better). If so, and you miss, so be it.
