I raise this. Villains line is incredibly weird and more often than not is a weak hand. He lead small on the turn and called, lead smaller on the river, Id raise here and hope this player calls, you are most likely going to be ahead.

I raise to get some value. He's hoping you have nothing and fold. Usually when you pop this to 2-3x his bet, he'll fold w/o the goods.

If he re-raises you can fold. Your size of raise will only get called with the goods.
