Unless there is significant history between you two or he has seen you make these huge overbets with a draw, this kind of thinking is pretty useless imo. That being said, I don't really like your line. I'd much rather raise to $175 and take it from there. Pushing just lets him make the least amount of mistakes. If he was leading with a hand like AK/AQ with a club, hoping to b/3b AI, then he most likely will fold if you raise to 600, but he prob will shove if you make it 175. Also, I don't think you really have to worry about him flat calling your raise if you pop it up to 175, since he will shove or fold most of the time since the pot is getting huge and he is oop.
