Default TPTK into passive opponent. & flush scare

This guy never raises. Ever. Bets 25 cents when hit middle pairs. Not enough hands to really know but just say passive.

    UTG ($33.67)

    Hero ($57.24)
    BB ($24.90)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, A. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, Button calls $0.25, Hero (poster) raises to $1.4, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.25, Button calls $1.25.

    Flop: ($4.75) 6, A, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $3, UTG calls $3, Button folds.

    River: ($20.75) 5 (2 players)

Was my value bet good on the river? Since i know i am not going to get raised?

Hand #2 No reads... but he called my reraise really quick so i was sure he was on a draw and the very quick check on the turn kinda re enforced that he hit. So river rolls around and i do not know what to do

Hand one is fine. You'll see Ax enough here.

Hand 2: If you really think he hit then your situation hasn't changed here, you gotta fold.

    Downswinging holla!
Hand 1: Seems ok, I like the river blocking bet.

Hand 2: I'm calling this a lot, but its super player dependant. Could go either way.
