Default When blinds are huge HU, shove every hand from the button?

A basic question, when blinds are huge heads up (say 400/800 and above on PP and 300/600 up on PS), is the correct strategy to shove every hand from the SB/button heads up? You can't ever fold at these blind levels, or can you? Against a passive opponent does it ever make sense to just complete the SB and hope to see a free flop? Is there more to this sort of play than a game of chicken/three street bingo?

I probably fold bottom 3 percent of hands.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

I'd be inclined to fold the worst possible hand in poker here.

With 5BB stacks optimal play is to push the top 70% hands, although you may get away with pushing more if your opponent folds too much (more than 40%).
It is essentially never correct to play 32o HU if you're not getting pot odds to call AI.
