Default JJ overpair vs. 3 bet

Villain is 18/8/22 over 160 hands - and seems ok - at least smart enough to lay down an overpair to a flush. I guess I should fold to the 3bet but I didn't think they had anything - an overpair at best. But then my only move is to bluff the turn right? This may be chip spew. Fold flop?

    Downswinging holla!
Fold when he min-reraises. As it stands a turn shove is fine.
