Default stacking off with KK and 170bb stacks...lc pls

Villain seems loose passive based on only one hand though. He limp called with K8 suited, check called on a flush draw, led out when hitting it on the turn and called a min-raise, then checked when river became four toned. My HUD actually wasn't working here, but if it helps, he was 40/0 over 80 hands. I have been nitty so far.

    Flop: 2 6 Q ($31, 3 players)
    Hero bets $18, MP1 calls, MP2 folds.

    Turn: 2 ($67, 2 players)
Hero bets $30, MP1 raises to $60, Hero calls.

    River: 3 ($187, 2 players)
    Hero is all-in $79.6

I think just push turn if this was my plan...but really wondering if anyone folds to that turn raise, or anything else?

I thought at first it was an easy call. Then after thinking about it and trying to figure out Villians hand. I dont think it was that easy of a call. I wrote how I would have came to the conclusion to call the Turn and push the River.

My thoughts trying to figure out what Villian has. To decide to make the Turn call. Since there is no real read. I'll just go with my experience with most players.

PF: I think 22, 66 (The hands that would have you beat) and PPs 99 and less, not likely to raise PF (most of the time). Also not to likely to call your re-raise heads up. AA, KK Would have made a bigger PF raise. Also AA,KK would have re-raise your raise. QQ would likely play exactly like this and other PPs 99+ would to. AKs and AQs may call your reraise since they already had $ in the Pot. It would be IMO a very loose call though.

Flop: What just calls this Flop? A Set with the 2s, 6s, or Qs or AA, KK. Could just call and slow play since it is a safe Flop. Like I said I dont see 22 or 66 playing PF as played. I would rule those 2 hands out. AA,KK maybe but PF play is strange for those hands. Its a loose call for PPs JJ and under. AKs and AQs maybe but PF play is weak for those hands. It would be a bad call for AKs. QQ seems possible most likely.

Turn: He re-raises when the 2 hits. If he did have 22,66,or QQ now he has a Full house or Quads. With those hands most of the time I would just call, not wanting to lose you. Then be All-in on the River. Also if he did have those hands he slow played just called the Flop with a Set. Why wouldnt he just call the Turn to? He could have had Quads or FH and been pretty sure from your Flop and Turn bets that you would call. So a FH or Quads is possible, but I think unlikely. AQs maybe. I kinda think that he was trying to rep that he had Trip 2s.

My guess is that you won. I would probably make the Turn call. I wouldnt be totally surprised though if he did have a FH probably QQQ22.

Thanks, I like your analysis, except I definitely would put 22/66 as well as AQs and maybe even KQs/JQs in his range to see the flop. Even though he's been so passive, I still think he at least mini reraises pre flop with AA/KK and maybe QQ but it wouldn't surprise me either if he limp called that. Basically, even though I'm still sorta new, I would compare the 100nl players here to my experience with the 10 or 25nl players on pokerstars or party. Much more of them really like to see the flop and gamble.

So anyway, at first that min turn raise really set off the alarms and I wanted to fold. Then I thought like you said, "wait, he's passive, wouldn't he want to trap me with a boat or quads...maybe he has a QsXs or just Qx." But if it's QsXs, I get more EV from pushing the turn since on the river he has no outs to fall back on. The timer was too short for me to think that far so I just called, then pushed the safe river card.

So...anybody out there think fold the turn or do anything else different? I am usually ok with folding overpairs and TPTK, especially when semi deep stacked like that, but I was really not sure here. The second two seemed like a helpful card.

Looks like trips or better to me. With a 40% VP$IP, you MUST consider that there are a crapload of unpaired hands in his range.

Then again this guy is so retarded that I can't blame you for felting this.
