    I didn't either.

But I knew I had Lukie thinking I was running over him. He was probably getting a little loose/impatient and didn't want to lose without a showdown here with a bunch of people railbirding. Split second thing and I just went for it.

My biggest concern was I ran into 22/T9/J9/K9/A9, but I figured I was running with this one.

What do you think of Lukie's 3-bet on the flop?

I ran insanely good, both in cards when I needed them and not running into hands when I picked my spots to give a little play-back.

Why would you just call? Doesn't make sense, if Lukie has the kind of hand he has then a lot of turns kill his hand. I don't think there is any way after Lukie repops to $3o that further action from hero doesn't scream strength, so just calling here given stack sizes is pretty useless.

you said he was playing kinda impatiently and thats what he did this hand. i like calling and leading the turn with an overpair there. you arent calling a reraise with a smaller two pair and his hand has showdown value, so the reraise isn't so good unless theres some obvious dynamic of the HU match that wasn't mentioned.

There was real money at stake. Per our agreement either one of us could walk away we'd settle it up. You kinda have to because we didn't have rising blinds forcing tourney donk action.

oh, so you just did the math to convert play-money chips to portions of $200...?

lukies 3 bet is meh, maybe ok imo, fnords push works on lukie because i dont think lukie believes fnord will play a 9 so fast. I wouldnt call the push if i was lukie without tanking for sure.

Yeah, this is a bone-ass-dry board. Lukie is capable of seeing this as a battle of wills between two bust hands, so I figured I'd raise him here both to trap hands like AA-33 and fail that I thought I had a good chance to draw a re-bluff or at least a loose call.

To be honest, when he 3-bet I put him on at least 9x or a re-bluff, maybe a big pair. Part of pushing here was that I wanted to maintian the image of pushing him around, so I didn't want to show my hand. If he's got air, I think he shuts down if I call anyway.

Never read any stickies or announcements
    This is not results oriented.

I don't like my 3-bet on the flop, in hindsight. I think calling here is much better (from my perspective).
