hand converter?

Benn copying and pasting hands from my poker room session browser and putting it in the input section but when i try do convert the hand it says it is an unrecognised format in the output section? Am i being stupid?

As usual your going to have to post the hand you are trying to convert , otherwise how can we see what is wrong with the format.

About 60% of my pokerroom hands work in the hand converter. Someone on another thread told me to use the website:
