Default NL100: God, I hate playing OOP!

I'm always lost in regard to playing hands like these OOP. I probably fcked this one up. Can someone tell how to play hands like these? Opp is loose passive preflop, dont know about postflop, but probably the same (it normally is with these kind of players).

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($195.61)
    BB ($65.65)
    UTG ($130.93)
    Button ($13.81)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, A. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Hero (poster) completes, BB raises to $1, UTG calls $1, Hero calls $1.

    Flop: ($6) 8, T, 3 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3, UTG folds, Hero calls $3.

    Turn: ($12) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $8.5, BB calls $8.50.

    River: ($29) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $10, Hero calls $10.

    Final Pot: $49

Why not bet the flop? There's 3 players in and loads of turn cards you don't want to see.

I would do this if not fold pf. I don't like playing ATo for anything except a button steal.

Maybe I didnt mention it properly in the topic, but over 100 hands opp had VERY low preflopraise stats, so his raising range is very tight. Thats why I didnt want to bet this flop, because I'm most likely up against AA-TT or AK/AQ (the high pps have me crushed and I wont get any value out of AK/AQ if I lead). I understand that with UTG in the hand leading might be better, but I still have my doubts.

    I don't think he minraises AA/KK here.

like bigred wrote, why call this pre flop oop against someone raising so tightly?

Against this tight a raiser and with these great pot odds I call with any two because of the huge implied odds.

I think you lead the flop. The reason you called was to hit the 10 not the ace here, or two pair, or straight. Betting here gives you the least amount of risk instead of check/calling and if you face a big raise, you can get away for cheap. If he had JJ, QQ, KK, or AA. You've thrown alot more money away on 4th and 5th street.

I know what you mean, but with AT, against this range, I wouldn't want to play for one pair OOP. You might as well be playing 7 2 for one pair, right?

Given your read why do you bet out on the turn? You called the flop hoping he had missed overcards right? If you check he will check behind with AK and you can take it on the river.

Your turn bet will only be called if you're behind (mostly).

True! I didnt really like my turn lead either (again I hate being OOP with marginal hands), but I didnt really know what to do either. Like I said in topic, I probably fucked this one up.
