I actually dont think its terrible. Its almost certainly better than folding but I think playing the hand properly has alot more value. I think your biggest problem is that you miss alot of value when your QQ overpair doesnt come up against someone with a top pair of 9-J, and you dont give yourself the chance to get away from an A or K if someone like AK, AQ, KQ gets lucky. As we discussed I think this would be much worse if you were actually in position or if the stack sizes were larger.
I dont think this is terrible but I think it is pretty sub-optimal and IMO you should try to play as perfectly as you can all of the time. I personally havnt seen people calling as loose as TT- here but if you see it plenty let me know and Ill start betting bigger preflop
