    Default False advertising?

    An ad I saw today:

"You get all this for only $19.95. Order now and save over 25%, that’s only $14.95."

Reminds of the way Coca-Cola advertises 3-liters:

    50% MORE!
    than a 2-liter
Their 3-liters actually say this, in these relative font sizes.

If it's 3 liters and it's 50% more than something, isn't the thing it's 50% more than obviously 2 liters? I don't see how this is false advertising, other than the fact that it takes advantage of how stupid most people are.

If you tell your gf that you can go all night long, is that false advertising? Either way its not a big enough deal to worry about.

My second example wasn't false advertising. My first example just reminded of it.

Well it's definitely not false advertising when it's the truth.
