    Default 85s river fold...

This hand isn't exactly standard for me as I usually tend to stick to SCs and one gappers but I felt frisky. Opp. is 40/1.72/.61 after a couple hundred hands. Look ok?

    Default Re: 85s river fold...

I'll never fold a flush with only 3 clubs on the board while getting 5:1 on the river.

I would never fold a flush here with the odds I am getting. If SB has a boat then so be it but I do not want to fold my flush to a min-raise ever.

i think you are probably beat, but i just call as well due to odds.. probably has K high flush or valuebetting a higher flush.. the fact shorty is allin as will keep him a bit more honest.

oh yeah, and your hand is pretty disguised raising 85s pf like that, he might not be giving you credit for the flush, and just hit 2 pr on the riv or trips or something.

    No hindsight for the blind.
Don't get frisky, especially multiway including a 40/low/low who is bound to call you down with crap.

I want to get all in on the turn. As played I can't fold the river.

Does anyone check behind the river here?

Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.

I know you said you were getting frisky, but I never raise pre-flop here. Call, maybe, but I don't raise with speculative crap after three limpers. I'd much rather raise here with something like A9o or KTo than 85s. As played I'm betting this flop, you might take it down and if not, you're juicing the pot for your flush and probably seeing a free river. I agree with other posters that want to raise the turn. But I disagree that you have to call the river because of pot odds. This minraise from a player with a 0.61 AF is telling me you're beat and the $20 or so you have behind is almost half your stack.
