Stacking off with TPGK.

    Default Stacking off with TPGK.

How good a read would you need for this? CO was very aggressive, and I'd seen him take too many pots with aggression, even in multiway pots, for him to always have good hands. But he wasn't a maniac, just entering a lot of pots and betting when checked to him in position quite often.

First it was bad to get three callers with better position. I probably should have bet more on the flop.

On the turn I figured he could be trying to steal the pot with any kind of draw or Q.

On the river, if he had a lesser hand than me I think most would have checked behind after he'd seen me call the turn bet. But then he could have put me on a missed draw, and after thinking about his past aggression and the $20 to win $100 I made the call. I wasn't particularly confident though.

Bet more on the flop, I might check/raise the turn all-in.

I was going to suggest the turn check/raise and hope he folds but Ive been thinking about this for a while and about what youve said in the past and im going to make a guess that you also put him on some sort of draw (as a part of his range) that you hope he calls the allin with?
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

    No hindsight for the blind.
I limp preflop and play a small pot.

In either case, I probably lead flop like you did, lead turn 18-ish and check call his busted draw bluff on the river.

Everyone's assuming I'm ahead, but surely all likely hands that beat me (I'm thinking KJ, 9T, set, possibly AQ) all play this way as well. Is it just that I'm well ahead of his range?

Pot the flop, this board is dangerous with draws and likely two pairs. Against this opponent I would lead the turn and then shut her down. When someone makes a river bet like this on Pokerroom you're behind.

What was the opponents name? Was it a regular?

billbrasky10 was his name. Not sure if he was a regular at these times, but I hadn't seen him in my 4000 hand history at these tables.
