Flopped straight at NL200

I'm finally slowly making the move to NL200, playing NL200 on half my tables and NL100 on the other hand - I need to get used to the bigger money before making my transition permanently.

On to the hand. Opp seems loose passive, but I've only been one orbit at the table, so cant really tell to be honest. I think I could out a lot more value out of my hand. Raise turn bigger and push river? I was scared of the full house, probably more scared than usual due to the bigger money at stake.

I usually fold and re-think my desire to play on this table with a guy who isn't usually going to give me the button when I want it.

You've got a point about maybe moving table, because having a very loose caller behind you can be a pain in the ass when raising from other positions than the button. But I had position on one or two other bad players at the table, thats why I stayed.

In regards to the preflop call I almost always limp offsuited connectors HU against a loose passive BB, and uptil now I think it works out OK, even though I havent got near enough big a sample size to verify it.

Your river bet is too small. Its almost as if you are planning on getting away if he pushes, which would be absurd. Just bet 90-110 and call a push. Your bet lets him make crying calls with hands you beat and push over hands that beat you (but you can't fold).

re-raise the turn, and expect to get paid. He most likely has 6x with x not being on the board - if he had a set or two pair he would probably at least minraise the flop.
