Posting HH's

Stupid question no doubt. I'm playin at dise til I've finished the bonus, but I don't know how to use the hand history converter with paradise(can do it with other sites), can anyone help?

I sent my hands to email, but when i paste into the converter it says "this is not a recognized hand history format." Do i need to do it some other way?

I'm hoping to post a few in the SH NL forum, will people object if I post the hand as I receive it from dise?
