Default Getting that extra edge in low stakes SNGs

I recently started playing 10c 1x1 speed heads up matches to sharpen my heads up game. Even though this is the lowest possible stake (on Tribeca anyway), the standard is the same as the guys playing the $5/$10 games. The reason being that most of these players are so bad that they don't actually get to heads up very often.

I firmly believe that playing these penny hu games makes you feel much more comfortable with it and gives you an invaluable edge. I play the speed games as opposed to just standard since I think it is a more realistic reflection of the end of a SNG,where stacks are shallower.

Does anyone here play much hu? I am winning an awful lot which is tempting me to play these for "higher" stakes. What sort of BR is required and what's a good ITM?

    Appendix:
I was playing one of these last night and basically destroyed some fool. He then proceeded with the usual smack talk and challenged me to a $10 game. Even though I'm certain I could have beaten him again, I didn't go since it's above my BR and I was drunk. But it actually got me thinking: it would probably be very easy to bait some people into doing this. Could be a money maker if you are a total scumbag.

i honestly dont know what your BR should be for these but say at least 20xBB would do since you arent going to be OOTM to often. i imagine the rake is a shite on these though.

givememylegs went HU SNG for a good while so maaybe ask him.

i played hu sngs for awhile too (just to clear a bonus)
the biggest edge you can really have in these is probably winning 60% of the time.

i dont think this really helps your play much when it gets heads up in a full table sng unless you really have no experience heads up.

edit: that bonus i cleared was on tribeca too and i switched to there 6 person sngs and really crushed those to clear the rest. the full table ones where way to tubo-ish/high variance for me.
