Default Taking a fish to value town (3 hands)

These 3 hands are all against the same fish. His VPIP was well over 80% and he was quite often taking weak hands way too far. He'd usually donk the flop if he flopped a pair, and quite often he'd do the same when he had nothing. Here are 3 thin value bets I made against him, thoughts on my play on all 3 hands?

    MP ($103.60)
    Button ($127.05)
    SB ($143.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, Q.
3 folds, SB completes, Hero raises to $4, SB calls $3.

    Flop: ($8) Q, T, A (2 players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls $5.

My logic was that the way the hand went down, he pretty much never has an ace or a flush, so I'm beating everything he could have except for KQ. I thought there was a good chance he had a garbage queen and my jack kicker would play.

Thanks A5. I've been trying to do a better job of making thin value bets and you seem to be a player who does well in this type of situation, from what I've seen of your posts.

    Anyway, results.
Hand 1: he called with Q 6 just like I hoped he would.
Hand 2: he called with KQo.
Hand 3: he showed Q J which was way stronger of a hand than I expected him to have. Still don't know why he played that hand so differently than he'd been playing his other hands.

Hand 2, I would be very tempted to raise the turn. I would like to stack him if I hit my flush, and he improves on the river - might be hard if the pot is so small.
