Results from Sunday October 29th Sunday Private FR

Just wanted to let all the FTR know of the results from this past Sunday's Sunday Private FR which have become a consistently strong tournament which continues to identify the skills of some of the best players around the world including those from this site!

We had a total of 74 players participate , out of which 3 of the flopturnriver.com placed in the top 15 and took a prize, here are the details:

Player AlanPartridge0 - Prize of $25 - Placed 4th out of 74 players
Player Hajlender - Prize of $6.25 - Placed 9th place out of 74 players
Player Glaucon - Prize of $6.25 - Placed 13th place out of 74 players


This is great news and is a sign of very high skilled players who are part of the FTR website. I am looking forward to seeing more players from this site beat out the 25 other sites they are competing against and even become among the 20 participants in the Tournament Titan as well which already has 5 finalists with 15 more left and I have no doubt someone here can qualify for that. The prize for this tournament is $1 million where a player must qualify in specific tournaments 3 times to get in and once the top 20 players have qualified the tournament will take place. I hope to see more players in the next Sunday Private FR and also an FTR player at the tournament Titan where if you qualify you are guaranteed a prize of at least $25000

I'd be very interested in playing against some FTR'rs in some of these. But I don't feel like sifting thru the freeroll specialists that pop in just to play and think it's an all in fest. I hope these aren't costing our beloved FTR any money. I really don't think it's going to any regular or semi regular contributers. And I'd be suprised if any of these sign ups come back except to get another password, let alone be a contributing member.

We have a lot of members who do a lot of browsing but not much posting. Sometimes lurkers step up and start posting eventually so we need to make it easier for that to happen.

We also want to do more for our active forum members who post a lot. We'll continue to work with the top poker rooms and come up with creative promotions for our community.
