Folding overpair to a TAG push.

Default Folding overpair to a TAG push.

CO is tag, something like 17/11. On the flop I put him on something like AK, AQ, AT. On the turn I figured I would bet, and if he pushed he had something like QQ-AA, or maybe a set of tens.

    Thoughts please.

I reraise here PF as a standard play. On the flop I like a lead because I dont want it getting checked through, especially in a 3way pot. On the turn I lead again as well and think folding to the push is fine. I just really dont see CO pushing a worse hand, but I still disagree with your analysis. PF he is most likely reraising AK, and a player that tight probably isnt calling just with overs on a flush board. An overpair is most likely raising here, especially from a TAG, so I would put him on a draw most likely. There is a chance of a made hand, but I would expect to see a set more often than an overpair, and neither are very likely to me. Either way, I like the fold.

By the way, its usually easier to read the hand with reads at the beginning of it instead of at the end.

If CO is a tag more likely he has a set given his line than an over pair. I still reraise preflop and it makes it easier to play on the flop.
