Villain was slag and was capable of making big bluffs.I think he was running something like 60/30/5.Ive seen him make a big bet on river when bluffing but it wasnt an overbet.He knows my 3bet range is not only AK,AA-JJ.
I dont know what his 3bet range is pf, i havent seen a showdown yet.
Maybe i just put it all in preflop?
Also am i reraising the turn and is calling this river right or wrong?

i think he had a draw on the flop, tried to price it on the turn, and is bluffing the river.

However, you should definitely raise the turn. like, all in.

If he's a maniac yeah I think you call but should've raised the turn unless he is absolutely crazy.

oh, answering your suggestion, i think pushing preflop has decent equity, definitely +EV.
